Although the weather isn’t really making you think about the outdoors right now, now is the time to be planning your RV adventures. Spending a little time early in the year will result in access to the campgrounds you want to visit AND the best spots. It's also a good idea to get prepped and be ready to go when you want, you can find a handy packing checklist here.

Some of the many places you’ll want to go are our National Parks. Gary Bunzer, the RV Doctor and Chuck Woodbury, editor of RVTravel.com, sat down and discussed the opportunities of RVing at national parks, state parks, commercial campgrounds and public lands.

To help get you started in your planning, here are some links to websites that may be of interest. There is also an excellent article, How to Make Campsite Reservations Like a Pro, on the doityourself.com website with questions you’ll want to ask yourself before you do your research.
