2017 Puyallup RV Show

While browsing through the vacation homes, hundreds of RVs or sitting in on one of the 14 different seminar topics at the 2017 Puyallup RV Show, May 4-7, don’t forget to visit the over 40 booth vendors offering something most any RVer can use. Following is an overview of what the booth vendors have to offer:

Looking to shelter your RV from the elements? There are three booth vendors ready to meet your needs from carports to full sized RV garages. Cover Your Toys booth 18, Alpha Steel Buildings booth 31 and Carports 4 Less booth 41.

Everyone dreams of caravanning through Mexico with their RV, stop by Baja Amigos and learn how easy and safe it is to join in the fun south of the border. Booth #15.

Looking to add that special touch for the inside of your RV that makes it uniquely yours? Check out A Rhapsody in Bloom and their selection of pillow slips, pet beds and more, each crafted with a colorful RV themed material. $5 will be donated to the Puget Sound Pet Food Bank with every pet bed sold at the show. You will find A Rhapsody in Bloom in booth #27a along the north side of the ShowPlex.

RV travel is much more enjoyable when you have your finances, insurance and retirement plan in order. Deborah Myers Insurance – booth #8, Edward Jones - booth #34 and the show sponsor WSECU - booth #37 & 38 will be at the show ready to help.

Genesis Automotive & RV Repair in booth #35 can take care of your whole rig from the engine to the holding tank. They have the expertise needed to maintain and repair whatever you drive or tow during your RV travels. They also specialize in RV solar!

Looking for a summer RV destination that is not too far from home? Long Beach is always a fun summer RV getaway or you may like to head north into sunny eastern BC, maybe joining a membership campground with multiple campgrounds all across Washington is a better lifestyle fit. Either way, Long Beach Visitors Bureau - booth #30, St. Eugene RV Park in booth #9 or KM Resorts in booths #16 & 17 have you covered.

Having enough storage and keeping things organized is at the top of every RVers wish list. Noble Industries in booth #27 has what you need to accomplish both with a wide array of stackable storage containers.

Not sure you are ready to take the plunge into RV ownership quite yet? Northwest Adventure Rentals in booth #21 offers rental motorhomes and travel trailers that will let you experience the RV lifestyle for yourself without buying one. They even offer rentals of the iconic Airstream travel trailer.

If it involves towing, suspension, cargo carriers or trays, Torklift is your go-to vendor. If there is something you need and they don’t offer it “ready made” they will fabricate it for you! You will find the Torklift in booth #19 & 20 and their accessorized truck and trailer at the Hitching Demonstration exhibit outside at the northwest corner of the ShowPlex. GlowStep Revolution with Step Accessories

SuperHitch Magnum 30 K Hitch
Short Description: SuperHitch Magnum is rated at 3,000 lbs tongue weight, 30,000 lbs pull when used with weight distribution. Most applications are no-drill and are compatible with industry standard ball mounts. It uses our patented dual receiver design (2 1/2” upper and 2” lower). Hardened reinforced hitch pin locations prevent common elongation wear known as egging.

Short Description: SuperTruss Extension allows you to tow while using a camper with overhang. It comes in eight lengths from 21” to 60” and works exclusively with our SuperHitch Hero, SuperHitch Original or SuperHitch Magnum. It’s rated to safely tow up to 14,000** lbs and 1,400* lbs tongue weight on a 21” extension and 12,000** lbs and 1,200** lbs tongue weight on a 48” extension.

Fortress PowerLock

Short Description: The Fortress PowerLock covers the shore power cord access door to protect RV power cords from being cut and stolen or tampered with. Prevents theft associated with opening access door and removing power cords.

Fortress GasLock
Short Description: The Fortress GasLock allows propane tanks to be securely locked when mounted to trailers, towables and RVs. Now available for Airstream trailer applications. It is made of high impact powder coated aircraft grade aluminum and fits 3/8” and 1/2” threaded rods.

PowerArmor Solar
Short Description: PowerArmor prevents common and expensive storage/battery theft with a lock included. It maintains charge, increasing the longevity of the batteries up to 400 percent to avoid premature battery replacement (solar only). The PowerArmor bolts to your RV, camper bumper, truck, van and other vehicles. Manufactured with 100 percent heavy gauge polished diamond plate aluminum for maximum durability and a black aluminum high impact powder coated frame. All of the above items carry Torklift’s legendary Lifetime Warranty and are proudly made in the USA.

Some of the best camping in the state can be found at Washington State Parks. Stop by booth #39 and pick up a map of the parks and visit with their knowledgeable staff to learn about their hosting program which allows you to camp for a month in a state park for free!

Do you ever wish you could leave your tow vehicle window rolled down in bug infested areas? Auviato in booth #26 is a manufacturing company that makes precision-made vehicle window screens. All of their screens are custom-measured to fit the vehicle specified.

Ever feel guilty about heading out on an RV vacation when there are so many home improvement projects that need completing? Banish that guilt by visiting one of the exhibiting home improvement vendors and schedule to have that long overdue project done so that you can fully enjoy your RV travels this summer.

Finally, before you leave the show stop by the RV Accessory Store in the northwest corner of the ShowPlex and browse the selection of RV patio mats, camp chairs and more. Regardless of size, transporting your purchase back to the show entrance is a breeze, just hop on the People Mover (the stop is just outside the door from the accessory store) and enjoy a free ride back to the Blue Gate.
