The RV community offers comradery in many ways. Friends are made along the way and there are a multitude of resources to make travels easier.  MHRV (Manufactured Homes and Recreational Vehicles) Association strives to include as many helpful seminars, exhibitors and attractions at the shows that we do (Seattle RV Show, Puyallup RV Show, Enumclaw RV Show).  As a not-for-profit organization, it is also a goal to help with philanthropic needs that relate to the industry.  In 2019, here are some of the organizations/needs that the association has assisted.

When I conducted my dry camping (aka Boondocking) tips seminar at the recent Enumclaw RV Show, I was asked by several people what is the best RV for dry camping. This spring my sister and brother-in-law announced their excitement of getting a brand new play set for their kids. Having a large play set of our own for our son, we knew it would be such a joy and provide so many countless hours of entertainment through the years. What we could count was the number of “man” hours the play set said it would take to assemble: 22 hours! When we heard that figure, my handy-man of a husband was happy to plan a weekend trip to come help ease the load for their family.
